Structured training, built for the long game.
Our training plans are written for masters-aged endurance athletes who want to get to the start line strong, stay healthy doing it, and keep coming back for more next season.
Our philosophy
Train smart, protect the body you'll need for the next twenty years of adventures.
Why our plans are different
No race on the calendar? This one's for the in-between seasons — a low-volume plan built around rest, variety, and flexibility rather than pace or mileage targets. Hill repeats, strength, mobility, and optional cross-training keep you sharp and powerful, so whenever a race or a self-supported mountain adventure does land on the calendar, you're already equipped to start specific training from a place of strength, not from scratch.
Best for: Athletes between training blocks who want to stay consistent, build power, and keep things relaxed until the next goal takes shape.
For runners who are ready to commit to their first (or first-in-a-while) half marathon. Progressive mileage build, run-walk options, strength and mobility integrated throughout, and a taper designed to get you to the start line fresh, not fried.
Best for: New-to-distance runners or anyone returning after time off who wants a realistic, sustainable build to 13.1 miles.
Every body and every goal is different. If you're between plans — or wondering whether you're ready — reach out and we'll help you figure out the right starting point.
FAQ
Some running base is helpful, but the plan is written to build trail-specific skills — vert, technical terrain, fueling — as you go.
Yes. The half and full marathon plans work for road or trail; the 50K plan assumes some trail/vert access.
Each plan includes guidance on how to shift weeks without losing your build.
