Ultramarathon Coaching for Masters Athletes
We offer plans and guides to help well-worn athletes trail further, whether you’re looking to perform at a specific event, or planning a challenging DIY adventure. We understand the unique experience of master athletes and the necessity of balancing performance goals with long-term, holistic well-being. We want our athletes to keep having fun, pushing limits, and exploring new boundaries while staying healthy, strong, and confident.
As a veteran of both road and trail running, Susan brings 20+ years of experience as a competitive endurance athlete to trailfurther. Her training has evolved, incorporating more strength work, cycling, and Nordic skiing as cross-training to support long-distance mountain running projects.
